Problem:
Heat vibrators are not working.
1.
This unit is very sensitive to spiking and
sometimes needs to be unplugged to reset
system. Unplug transformer from outlet and
then let unit sit approximately two minutes.
Plug transformer back into receptacle. A
quick pulse from the vibrator may result
when plugged back into the outlet. This is
normal.
2.
Since it is very rare for both heating pad
and vibrators to quit working at the same
time, chances are power pack is defective.
Replace power pack first then try DHV hand
control to resolve.
3.
If there is no heat, replace DHV handwand.
If it doesnt resolve, replace heat pad.
4.
If none of the three vibrators is operating,
handwand should be replaced.
