| A complete gel layer sits atop a contoured, tri-layer foam base. Leg troughs and medial/lateral thigh supports control and stabilize the lower extremity. Extra gel padding under "at-risk areas" (the ischial tuberosities) protects the skin from the development of pressure ulcers. Gel layer reduces skin temperature and perspiration, further increasing skin protection. Fluid-proof stretch cover is 100% Polyester with a non-slip bottom. Cover can be removed and washed. An insertable positioning board is included with the cushion for optional use. Each cushion is individually packaged in its own full-color, high-impact retail-ready box. Color: Black. |
